Wishes for Your Monday Morning...

I don't know about you, but my weeks are always hectic and crazy. On this busy Monday, I thought I'd share a favorite quote from a wonderful book I just finished reading - Jimmy Buffett's "A Salty Piece of Land."

"You have to think more like a fish than a man and look for the slack tides and the pools and eddies in life so you can catch your breath and reflect on the good moments."

The quote is from Ix-Nay, a shaman and friend of the main character, Tully Mars. I think it's a great reminder to take time out from the frenetic pace of our lives - to slow down, reflect, enjoy, and be grateful.
